Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with Quickbooks Experience for a temp to perm job opportunity in Salisbury, MD.

Job description of an Administrative Assistant:

  • Friendly and informative phone skills with customers
  • Capable of multi tasking and have good time management to meet deadlines
  • Prepare daily work sheets for service techs
  • Process and complete customer invoices for service calls and parts orders
  • Prepare, Review and mail monthly statements for customers
  • Monitor AR aging report for past due accounts and make collection attempts
  • Perform adjustments and credits to AR as needed
  • Process credit card payments when received
  • Prepare and send parts orders to vendors
  • Receive new inventory into the system
  • Report and communicate with main office in Harrisburg
  • Reconcile AP/AR activity to Harrisburg monthly
  • Additional Tasks as needed

Requirements of an Administrative Assistant:

  • Quickbooks experience preferred
  • Accounts Receivable Experience preferred
  • Strong Excel Skills preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Must have a Resume to be considered for interview
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG AND BACKGROUND TEST

Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm

Pay is $15.00 – $17.00 based on experience
