Responsibilities include:

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance, painting flooring, and machinery
  • Blend of experience in mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Routine facility maintenance to include changing filters, lights
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic machinery skills
  • General upkeep of all machinery
  • Variety of “jack of all skills”
  • $18.00 an hour
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-3pm, to include availability on weekends

Job description of a Maintenance Technician:

– Ensure work orders and service requests are completely in a courteous and timely manner
– Perform “make read” tasks such as painting and cleaning of vacant units
– Must have experience with electrical and plumbing, AC and heating systems, appliance repair, repair/replace door locks, drywall and minor carpentry
– Assist with grounds work
– Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendations
– Have knowledge regarding water and gas meter shut offs
– Repair concrete masonry, roofing, fencing when required
– Perform after hours emergency calls

Position Purpose Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance and repairs within the facility. They must also be able to communicate and preform well with others. This is a temp to perm job opportunity! Pay is $14.00 an hour.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
  • Use/wear all personal protective equipment required by the company.

– Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
