THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION! With benefits and pay increase upon completing training and 90 day probationary period.

General Duties and Training Include:

  • Learn basic fiberglass lamination techniques, such as but not limited to: prep grinding, resin mixing, wet out and role out of laminate
  • General exposure to tool use: rollers, brushes, grinders
  • Will work in all areas within the factory during training; under supervision
  • Responsible for safe operation of equipment and following all safety regulations and procedures
  • Must demonstrate timely use of time. Must stay in work areas as assigned
  • Must be able to work on your own ( after training)
  • Must demonstrate good common sense and a positive attitude
  • Must work well on a team and with others
  • Background in construction is a plus but not required
  • Steel toe boots needed
  • Applicant can not have any facial hair ( beard or mustache)
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p, Fridays OVERTIME!
  • $12.63/HOUR

  • Must be efficient in Basic Math
  • Load and unload parts as demonstrated by On-the-Job Trainer
  • Maintain Productivity/Efficiency as required for all assigned tasks

  • Ensure quality of parts by means of monitoring process through measurement

Key Job Function:

  • Must be able to pack products according to specifications
  • Inspect product according to specification
  • Count and place correct amounts in primary and master cartons
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment which may include sweeping, removing trash and scrubbing work areas when necessary
  • Assist in line clearance activities
  • Perform tasks as outlined in documented procedures and instructions
