esTemps of Salisbury is interviewing and accepting resumes for an experienced Information Technology ( IT) Dispatcher who is familiar with ConnectWise software. We are looking for an employee who will thrive in the ever-changing field of IT and can adapt to daily challenges. This is a temp to perm job opportunity!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Effectively enter client information into ConnectWise service dispatch software
  • Schedule service appointments with clients in order to maintain efficiency, proper routing and minimal client downtime
  • Communicate with customers & technicians throughout the day
  • Manager service tech’s schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve/escalate issues that arise
  • Follow-up communication to ensure job completion and client satisfaction
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be a positive team member and work independently
  • Friendly, professional telephone manner
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • High level of independent thinking and decision making required
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to multi-task & work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees and customers
  • Ability to learn & use ConnectWise dispatch software
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Pay is $12-$17, based on experience and your interview with our well established computer company client based in Salisbury, MD.
